Maybe! As a coach, I support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes.

 

Together we can foster more self-compassion, adopt a positive mindset, implement daily rituals and routines, and incorporate nourishment and nutrition. 

Coaching is a powerful compliment to existing physical and mental healthcare. 
It is not a replacement for medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, nutritional therapy, or any treatment a licensed medical professional provides.

Well from Within by Nicole C. Foster is a high-touch, concierge style coaching practice designed to support clients dedicated to investing in their growth and well-being for a minimum of three months. Below you'll find a breakdown of services and fees. If I believe we’re a good fit, I’ll invite you to a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call via Zoom to:

  • Discuss my coaching style and offerings

  • Answer any questions in a no-pressure space

  • Clarify your goals and determine if coaching is right for you

At the end of the call, you’ll have everything you need to decide if you’d like to move forward. If so, I recommend letting me know within a week so we can secure your spot.

If you're curious about wellness coaching but not ready for a commitment, a single session is a great way to explore personalized coaching.

 

In this 50-minute session, we’ll connect on your goals, current challenges, and next steps.

While one session can spark powerful insights, sustainable change happens over time. If you're ready to build momentum and receive ongoing support, I encourage one of my membership options. 

Best for: Those who aren't sure coaching is right for them, but want to get a sense for how it feels.

  • Two (2) 50-minute coaching sessions per month (biweekly)

  • Unlimited messaging between sessions through the Vibly app

  • Bonus: Monthly live virtual wellness workshop

    Best for: Those seeking steady support, accountability, and gentle structure.

For those ready to prioritize their well-being with weekly coaching and deeper support. This membership includes everything in Bright & Blooming, plus:

  •  Four (4) 50-minute coaching sessions per month

  • A personalized roadmap outlining your next steps

  • Assessments to build self-awareness and track progress

  • Exclusive resource library with guides, handouts, and tools

  • Unlimited messaging between sessions through the Vibly app

  • Bonus: Monthly live virtual wellness workshop

Best for: Those ready for deeper work, faster progress, and more consistent accountability.

With dedication, it's possible to start seeing results after just one session. However, it typically takes 3 to 6 months for a behavior change to become a consistent part of your daily life for sustainable shifts to occur.

 

All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment to support meaningful change and lasting well-being.
