Embracing well-being from within.

Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a graduate of Columbia University’s Spirituality Mind-Body Institute, where I earned my MA in Psychology. But I’m also someone who’s endured a lot—someone who knows the value of tuning into your body and listening closely when it whispers, “I need care.”

I didn’t always know this.

Days before my fifteenth birthday, I was diagnosed with leukemia and spent years navigating treatment, recovery, and the uncertainty that comes with cancer. That experience shaped me deeply, not only teaching me resilience but also how to truly listen to what my body needs—physically and emotionally. It taught me that healing isn’t just about allowing your body to recover; it’s about nurturing your whole self.

This was the catalyst that led me to pursue a career that supports others in their well-being journeys.

I’ve worked with amazing teams at Lief Therapeutics, Flo Health, and Bend Health, where I supported and designed coaching programs to aid clients in building emotional resilience, improving stress management, and taking a more mindful approach to their well-being.

But it wasn’t just my professional experiences that got me here. I’m also the co-author of Courageous Well-Being for Nurses (Johns Hopkins University Press, 2023)—a project that combines my coaching knowledge with my commitment to helping healthcare providers navigate burnout and prioritize their own well-being.

Through all of this, what I’ve learned is that the path to well-being is deeply personal. It’s not about quick fixes or perfect routines. It’s about honoring where you are right now, understanding what your body needs, and making small, consistent changes that add up over time.

Outside of work, I’m a big believer in making time for the things that bring joy and relaxation. You can usually find me walking my dog, Ruby, enjoying the beach or quiet moments in nature, writing a Substack, or sipping on a matcha latte.

I believe in keeping things real—whether it’s in my coaching, my writing, or my own life. Well-being isn’t a mountain to climb and conquer, it’s a path to savor with every step. I’m here to help you make yours a little easier, a little more grounded, and a lot more intentional.
