Nicole C. Foster

Nicole C. Foster is a writer and author. Her writing has been featured in The Cut, Maria Shriver's Sunday Paper, Jane Friedman, her Substack “Worrying Well,” and elsewhere. She co-authoredCourageous Well-Being for Nurses with Donna Gaffney.

Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University's Spirituality Mind-Body Institute and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She works in health tech and has a keen interest in women's health and wearables. She is a trauma-informed yoga instructor and poodle-lover, thanks to her rescue dog, Ruby.
