I work with clients to improve their well-being holistically. I take each client's wellness goals into consideration, with particular emphasis on whole foods, movement, mindfulness practices, stress reduction, and self-care. I work with you to address current needs and tailor all suggestions and interventions to fit your lifestyle, at your pace.
As a wellness workshop facilitator, I have worked with a variety of populations from students at Columbia University to women with cancer. During each of my workshops, I am intentional to provide a message and lesson that will suit my audience and be a poignant point on their wellness journeys.
