1-on-1 Health & Wellness Coaching

In my one-on-one coaching program, I work with clients to improve their well-being holistically. Together, we work to reach your individual health and wellness goals, with particular emphasis on whole foods, movement, mindfulness practices, stress-reduction, and self-care.


As a coach, I work with you at your own pace to address your current needs and tailor all suggestions and interventions to fit your lifestyle. Pairing skills from psychology and coaching, I  use evidence-based behavior change methods to help you achieve your goals in a sustainable way, to create a foundation for a healthy and fulfilling life. 

I am currently working towards my NB-HWC Certification from the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching, and abide by their regulations regarding the scope of my practice.

  • 3 Month Program

    • 6 bi-weekly 50-minute coaching sessions

      • PLUS unlimited texting and e-mail with questions

  • Calibration Sessions

    • No long-term commitment, individual 50-minute session to get all the As to your Qs​
