Truth be told, there’s a lot of noise surrounding health and wellness right now. Modern times have us all living in a world where countless ideas and information are at our fingertips, and as great as that can be sometimes it’s not helpful. Especially when it comes to you and your well-being.

The solution? Individualized, one-on-one health coaching. 

I’m here to quiet the constant noise, stop you from typing “is “fill in the blank” healthy?”  into the google search bar, and guide you through taking a deep dive into what will nourish you– mind, body, and soul!

What exactly do health coaches do?


As a health coach, I specialize in guiding you to improve your health and well-being. In our one-on-one sessions, I am here to educate, empower, and motivate you to reach your health goals through diet, lifestyle, and behavior change. Beyond providing education and resources, I am here to keep you on track to reach your goals with weekly (or bi-weekly) coaching sessions to keep you accountable. 

In my coaching practice, I draw on the skills and knowledge gained in my graduate-level psychology training to support you in behavior change, developing a positive mindset, and nurturing yourself on a spiritual level. I also have additional nutritional health training from health coaching courses at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and eCornell. By the end of 2020, I intend to become recognized by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching to become a nationally accredited NB-HWC wellness coach.
